Mustard and maple glazed roast ham
The smell of this cooking alone is one thing and the taste another. Succulent ham with a sweet, sticky and mustard glaze makes this ham absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
1 kg uncooked gammon joint
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Score the fat in a criss cross pattern. Wrap in foil and place in the oven for 1 hour.
Mix all the glaze ingredients together (mustard, white wine vinegar and syrup)
After an hour, remove the ham from the oven. Unwrap and brush the glaze over the top of the meat.
Turn the oven up to 210°C and place the (uncovered) ham back in the oven for a further 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
