Easy peasy iced coffee
If we can’t get out and get our coffee fix as easily at the moment, fear not! These iced coffees are so easy to make at home, you’ll wonder why you never made them before!
SERVES: 2 | MAKE: 5 Min
Ingredients
2tsp Instant coffee
Loads of ice (at least 10 cubes)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
100ml cold water
200ml Milk
Method
Devide the ice between two tall glasses, add a tsp of coffee to each glass and add a tiny amount of boiling water (you only really need enough to dissolve the coffee, if you add too much your iced coffee will be too warm!)
Top up with 50ml cold water then fill the rest of the glass with your milk.
Drizzle in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (or maple syrup if you prefer) to each glass,
Stir well and enjoy!
