Blueberry and banana smoothie

Try this low fat, delicious breakfast smoothie. Easily whipped up in less that 10 minutes. The perfect way to start the day.

SERVES: 1 | PREP: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 50g blueberries

  • 200ml soy milk (oat milk or cows milk if you prefer)

  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Blitz together all Ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy! It couldn’t be more simple!
